When you register for a trial or subscription, we collect: your email address, business name, and business address. We also collect technical data necessary for service delivery (device identifier for stream access control).
Your data is used exclusively to: provide and manage your subscription, send service-related communications (activation link, payment receipts, renewal reminders), generate your personalized compliance certificate, and comply with legal obligations.
Processing is based on the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in providing the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 5 years after termination for legal and accounting purposes.
We use the following processors: Stripe Inc. (payment processing), IONOS SE (email delivery), Hetzner Online GmbH (server hosting). All processors operate under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
